Fill out our REQUEST A QUOTE form and we will get back to you with a quote via email within 2 business days.
Fill out our BABYSTEPS COURIERS form to allow us to contact both clinics on your behalf and transfer specimens for you.
We will reach out via email to both clinics to request approval to release & receive from both parties.
The client will be cc'd on all emails.
After getting approval from both sides we will schedule a date that works for all parties.
After the shipping date is scheduled the client will receive an invoice on the amount
that they were quoted for at the beginning of the process.
The payment needs to be paid prior to the shipment.
Our office staff will handle all paperwork, airline approval, non-X-ray approval, customs and more to ensure a smooth shipment.
The time has come!
Our courier will pick up the specimens on the date and time that was scheduled.
He will arrive with one of our high-quality dry shippers filled with liquid nitrogen and
a logger to always monitor the temperature.
Our courier will ship the specimens via plane or ride. The dry shipper with the specimens will be hand-carried the whole way from the releasing clinic until the delivery at the receiving clinic.
We will send the client a signed document that says that the specimens have arrived safely!
